Our next 1st Thursday event welcomes all age groups to come join us and learn about two exciting educational topics:

Special Pearl Presentation with our jewelry curator, Leslie Tribe and Shona Art Folklore for Kids with our art curator Anthony Ponter.

Our special pearl event is a fun, hands-on and educational introduction about the different types of pearls, shapes, colors and their origins. This event debuts Pearls Gone Wild month, where all the magic and allure of pearls are celebrated at all of our Spirits In Stone locations.

Shona folklore, Art and African Stories is a humorous and engaging chat with our curator Tony Ponter. The curator will be telling old Shona tales about African animals and powerful guardian spirits. Children are encouraged to come draw what they see in the gallery and listen to the stories.
