Reflections on Color - Sunburst

Spirits in Stone, in collaboration with the Downtown Organization and neighboring art venues, is excited to present 1st Thursday, an evening of art and culture in Downtown Santa Barbara. On the first Thursday of every month, participating downtown galleries will stay open from 5-8 p.m. (or later) to offer free access to art in a fun and social environment. 1st Thursday will debut on Thursday, February 1st.

Enjoy an evening of culture by strolling the Historic Arts District's 20-plus participating venues. These venues will offer special programming such as artists? receptions, wine tastings, music, demonstrations, lectures, and of course, an array of artwork. As you wander between galleries, take in the live musical performances, theatrical previews, and interactive exhibits out on State Street. All 1st Thursday offerings in February are free to the public from 5-8 p.m.

Studio art jewelers, Fritz & Mischell will debut at Spirits in Stone for 1st Thursday! Presenting their collections Organically Grown and Reflections on Color, their collaborative work is a perfect marriage of style, beauty, vision and craftsmanship. Two distinct collections, two minds, and one passion; to create jewelry that is beautiful, wearable and designed for the modern woman. Thursday, February 1, 5 - 9 pm. Friday, February 2, 12 - 5pm.
